Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Cream & Ointment:
∎ To perform machine commissioning (IQ, OQ, PQ) Of Cream & Ointment Section
∎ To prepare SOP, BMR, BPR of Cream & Ointment Section
∎ To monitor & control every step of manufacturing & packaging.
∎ To performing dispensing of raw material
∎ To ensure proper cleaning of machine & equipment
∎ # Injection:
∎ To carryout installation and qualification work of injectible production machinery (Washing, Sterilization tunnel, Filling, Autoclave etc.)
∎ Preparation of SOP, Qualification documents & GMP documents for new machinery as per guideline.
∎ To carryout training of the operators for injectible production machinery (Washing, Sterilization, processing, ampoule filling, vial filling & prefilled syringe)
∎ Monitor & control every step of sterile product processing & filling (Washing, Sterilization, processing, ampoule filling, vial filling & prefilled syringe)
∎ To ensure proper cleaning, maintaining of clean-room production environment as per SOPs.
∎ # Injection (Lyophilizer)
∎ To carryout installation and qualification work of Lyophilizer for injectible product
∎ Preparation of SOP, Qualification documents & GMP documents for Lyophilizer.
∎ To carryout training of the operators for Lyophilizer & other sterile products.
∎ To monitor & control every step of sterile product lyophilization process.
∎ To ensure proper cleaning, maintaining of clean-room production environment as per SOPs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of GMP, GDP, UKMHRA, TGA, FDA, latest regulatory trends & global regulation as appropriate
∎ Strong communication, documentation & technical skill
