Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of production operation to achieve production target and increase productivity.
∎ Maintaining Batch manufacturing records and other records for Quality Management System.
∎ Undertaking trouble shooting activities in production operation maintaining all quality requirements.
∎ Preparation of Standard Operating procedure of equipment's and systems to maintain consistency of work.
∎ Maintaining the equipment's and facility in high state of functional condition.
∎ Conduct training of the subordinates to increase their skill and competency.
∎ Motivating subordinates for maintaining organic environment and culture.
∎ To ensure that house-keeping and approved procedures are being practiced to meet the standards of cGMP.
∎ To ensure that all the equipment's are clean as per SOP.
∎ Undertaking projects for continual improvement and waste reduction.
∎ Taking part in validation program to ensure consistent operation.
∎ Conducting self inspection and internal audit to ensure continual improvement.

Salary: Negotiable
