Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have clear concept of construction materials
∎ Ability to communication with suppliers and project personnel.
∎ Ability to sourcing new qualified suppliers.
∎ Ability to preparation of Comparative Statement of materials
∎ Ability to preparation of Purchase order / Work Order
∎ Ability to market survey regular basis
∎ Ability to monitoring delivery status of material & coordination between project personnel & suppliers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ In supply Chain / Procurement Department of Real Estate Development Company or Construction company.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Real estate/ Construction company.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
