∎ Must have experience in supply chain management/procurement with the similar role.
∎ Practical experience in agricultural crops purchasing from local/foreign markets will get preference.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the supply and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, stationery and other essentials as per quality specification with best price.
∎ Forecasting market price trends and their impact on future business.
∎ Analyze the supply market for RM and provide reports on cultivation, harvest & supply projections to the supervisors.
∎ Maintain relationship with different vendors and identify alternative suppliers.
∎ Conduct regular market survey and share market price update with the procurement team.
∎ Visit HAT & Vendors regularly and follow-up for smooth operation.
∎ Monitor daily stock and ensure delivery of RM and other essentials.
∎ Monitoring local purchase like Stationery, Grocery, Spare-parts, electronics, construction items etc.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the department head.
∎ Perform any other task as directed by management.
