∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Skills Required: Hard Working, Positive attitude, Proactive, Problem Solving Approach
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare analysis report of the purchase department.
∎ Prepare, establish and achieve of purchase related files, pricelist and supplier list.
∎ Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
∎ Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
∎ Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
∎ Prepare schedule of comparison.
∎ Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.
∎ Ensure Compliance with administrative procedure for the payment.
∎ Issuance of Purchase order.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan for all orders.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
