Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will report to the Manager, Procurement. S/he will be responsible to -
∎ Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
∎ Plan to purchase, estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
∎ Maintain communication & relationship with all vendors and suppliers.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data.
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Prepare monthly GP report of DSD and BULK groceries.
∎ Analyze frozen SKUs.
∎ Prepare bills and vouchers with proper documentation and process for necessary approvals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Computer literacy: Good at Excel and other MS Office tools.
∎ Must be a team player with helping attitude.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
