Garments, Supply Chain, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure on-time support all business units in regards to Textile Industries.
∎ To conduct vendor evaluation and develop new vendors as per company policy.
∎ To Receive/ collect quotation and negotiate with vendors in various issues (price/rate, stock ability, payment mode, terms & condition).
∎ To perform sourcing & procurement of Fire & Safety Materials (e.g. Electric, Hardware, MS & SS Pipe & Fittings) & other facilities services and capital expenditure.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement (CS) or Note Sheet/Top Sheet with quotations as per negotiation with vendors with their terms & conditions. Attach additional necessary documents as a reference as per management requirements.
∎ To prepare and verify the requisitions of different factories.
∎ To maintain proper documentation related to procurement work.
∎ To communicate with factory concern person and check the stock with stock leaser book or physical stock.
∎ To coordinate with the engineering, procurement & other concern teams to get the project done within the stipulated time.
∎ To Maintain proper Tracking of Requisition, CS, Note sheet, Balance Sheet, File and other documents.
∎ To Prepare financial and turn over statement on Monthly, Half yearly, Yearly basis.
∎ To maintain liaison with the govt. entities in connection with new construction/renovation in the Factories & Head Office.
∎ Any other assignment gives by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years hands on experiences on Fire Safety related Material procurement in any reputed Garments/ Textile Group.
∎ Able to work under pressure & willingness to visit factories frequently.
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Have good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Computer skill in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
