∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 04 - 05 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Need very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Must be a non smoker.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive (Plumbing Design) having experience in Real Estate Industries.
∎
∎ Must have working Experience on Auto cad for designing Plumbing System.
∎ Should have proper knowledge on plumbing system according to BNBC2020.
∎ Plumbing BOQ preparation for residential and commercial building.
∎ Site visit for executing the plumbing work according to the drawing.
∎ Contractor Running bill check and verify.
∎ Leading and guideline the plumbing team to complete plumbing design work.
∎ Handling customer requirement and responding to call.
∎ Any other temporary work responsibilities from the department and project Manager of the site
