Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction.
∎ Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Well-behaved and understanding of prescription.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ A Grade Pharmacist registration must.
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
