Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating the initial feasibility study followed by pre- formulation study
∎ Preparing Product recipe and registration documents for submission to Drug Administration Authorities
∎ Ensuring GMP compliance to those areas undertaking manufacture of new products.
∎ Identifying and quantifying raw and packaging material for new products and raising requisition for trial and Pilot batch quantity from Warehouse.
∎ Preparing SOP's for product Development equipments and activities
∎ Preparing Product Data sheet for costing and Product brief for packaging development purpose
∎ Preparing Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch packaging record and handover to Production
∎ Manufacturing Lab and Pilot batches after preparation of Manufacturing Record and checking in process quality control parameters
∎ Arranging to pack Pilot batches and keep in stability storage
∎ Preparing Product brief for packaging development purpose
∎ Checking and keeping up all quality records ensuring easy retrieval
∎ Manufacturing three commercial batches for smooth production and for validation of manufacturing process
∎ Reformulation of existing or problematic products
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by PD Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
