Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming over the phone all the Clients with sincere greetings leading & providing according to their queries and requirements appropriately.
∎ Establishing a friendly connection with clients by assisting them during their service time and taking care of their necessities with sincerity.
∎ Attending to clients if they get adequate care and proper services.
∎ Attending incoming telephone calls, responding to their queries, taking messages, providing information.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of official documents and records.
∎ Have to prepare presentation if needed.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior.
∎ Maintaining Facebook page properly.
∎ Always have a "can-do attitude".

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years in relevant field
∎ Good customer service skills and appearance with a pleasant personality.
∎ Smart, energetic with a pro-active attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of individuals.
∎ The candidate must have a charming personality to gain the client's trust.
∎ Capable to manipulate difficult situations with intellect and a positive attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Internet Browsing.
∎ English fluency in speaking and writing.
∎ Expected to be a hard worker, decent, polite and trustworthy.
∎ capable to learn new things.
