Job Context:
∎ Interact by phone with outside parties to solicit orders for products & devices, make appointments, collect client feedback over phone calls or conduct regular follow up for next possible appointment.
∎ We are looking for upbeat, self-motivated personnel who can work under pressure and is flexible to meet all work related tasks & assigned targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact clients from various sources over phone.
∎ Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation describe products and devices.
∎ Respond to questions.
∎ Identify and overcome objections.
∎ Handle and solve customer queries and grievances.
∎ Take the customer through the sales process.
∎ Obtain customer information.
∎ Obtain possible customer leads.
∎ Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Tracking, recording and reporting sales on a daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call Center, Tele Sales, Telemarketing
∎ Typing skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers.
∎ Knowledge of Sales Principles And Methods.
∎ Ability to quick response and problem solving.
∎ Stress tolerance capability.
∎ Need to be smart, punctual and honest.
∎ Proven Track Record In Sales.
∎ Duty hour (Morning shift- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Evening shift- 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm) 6 day in a week.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
