Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and maintaining office systems of the Director.
∎ Arranging meetings, note down meetings' decision and circulate minutes.
∎ Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
∎ Dealing with incoming emails, posts and correspondence for the Director.
∎ Carrying out background and verification check all bills and vouchers and presenting findings;
∎ To ensure policies and procedures are adhered to as appropriate.
∎ Execution of all other official assignments given by the Director.
∎ To perform other duties as and when required & advised by the Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s). Data Entry ,Typing (Bangla & English), MS Office, Specially MS Excel,
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ A vest experience to work in a large woven factory is must require for this post and similar areas.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
∎ Candidate Should Expert MS Excel.
∎ Typing Speed English 50wpm & Bangla 20wpm
Salary: Negotiable
