Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting rate from carrier/NVOCC, vendors and offer to customers including approval process.
∎ Updates the vessel schedule to customers weekly basis.
∎ Collection and review of shipping documents ;
∎ Must know correct submission of VGM, EGM & IGM
∎ Ensure shipment Booking and give shipping instruction
∎ Give Shipping order to CFS
∎ Arrangement DO from shipping line and issuance of DO to customer
∎ Surender of Master Bill of Lading
∎ Preparation and submission of invoice to Customer
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sharp negotiation skills
∎ Good business judgement/commercial acumen
∎ Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and technical capacity
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications specially MS word, excel & power point
∎ An affinity for offering excellent customer service
∎ Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to take ownership and solve problems
∎ Positive and resilient attitude
∎ Great teamwork skills
