Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must be graduate in related discipline with good track record from reputed university shall get preference, MBA /Master degree preferable
∎ Professional training/ education shall be considered as an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Context:
∎ This is a full time employment opportunity at leading freight forwarding organization.
∎ Overall Role Purpose is to control and develop the Ocean Freight (OFR) Exports operational activities in the area in accordance with the company business strategy and local business environment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transport Documents submission to Global Service Centers for OFR (Ocean Freight) export shipments, according to the shipment capacity per day.
∎ Customer service for Bill of Lading correction, delivery, shipping advice, invoicing, ocean freight quotation
∎ Shipment tracking & tracing.
∎ Interaction with carrier and customer
∎ Pre-alert & Intercompany invoicing to DHL Global Forwarding Network
∎ Customer Relationship management
∎ Complaint Handling
∎ Carriers / Supplier liaison, Operational activities, Issue resolution, Process execution and performance improvements
∎ OFR Export Product support and promotion for Commercial & operations.
∎ Implements and enforces service and quality standards in day to day operations, in co-operation with OFR Exports team
∎ Network co-ordination & support
∎ Co-ordination of OFR Export team activities
∎ Responsible for the OFR export operational activities with quality service to customers
∎ Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team.
∎ Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
∎ Additional duties as assigned by line manager

∎ Freight Forwarding product knowledge specially OFR Exports
∎ Knowledge on product pricing. (OFR Exports)
∎ Knowledge on OFR Export & Import procedures
∎ Communication skills - written and spoken
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Planning and organizing skills
∎ Business Processes skills
∎ PC literate, excellent organizational, communication incl. telephone and writing skills
∎ Well versed with MS Office Applications
∎ Cooperative working with others to achieve targets and objectives
∎ Responsibility and capacity to keep commitments
∎ Positive attitude towards changes & Challenges
