∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials as per purchase orders and quality standards.
∎ Ensure proper storage of materials in designated locations with correct labeling and documentation.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual logs & ERP systems.
∎ Issue raw materials to the production department based on material requisition slips.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team for material reordering based on stock levels and lead time.
∎ Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and safety practices are followed in the store.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
∎ Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and usage reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
