∎ Proven experience in Marketing and Sales
∎ Must have a solid understanding of ear and audiometry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Share product information with healthcare professionals and ENT specialists to create demand.
∎ Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain a positive attitude to meet marketing goals.
∎ Understand, conduct, and interpret ear exams, audiometry, and ear-related procedures.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and fulfill responsibilities.
