Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the crewing department in daily operations.
∎ Oversee the recruitment of crewing personnel.
∎ Prepare employment contracts and brief on company procedures and policies.
∎ Regularly update and verify crew licenses, permits, and certificates.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
∎ Handle crewing operations, including travel arrangements, medical coordination, and daily communication with crew and clients.
∎ Oversee crew accounting.
∎ Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Computer skills in Microsoft Office/ Google Docs, Spreadsheet
∎ Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Photoshop.
