∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and execution of preventive and routine maintenance and also attending all the breakdowns on process engineering machine and equipment.
∎ Deployment of Technician on different activities as and when requires.
∎ Responsible for CGMP compliance on Breakdown maintenance.
∎ Responsible for total documentation as per CGMP practice in Process Engineering Section.
∎ Responsible for proper man power utilization in the process engineering.
∎ Preparation and implementation of relevant SOP in Process Engineering area.
∎ Listing of all the critical spares of process equipment's and subsequently raise the purchase requisition to purchase department for the procurement.
∎ Responsible for attending all type of breakdowns on shorts possible time.
∎ Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/ for tracking the machine problem.
∎ Maintain total compliance and documentation as per cGMP practice in process Engineering Section.
∎ To impart various training to workers and maintain records.
∎ Responsible for calibration of balances, pressure gauzes, temperature controller etc. in respective area.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of general discipline in the process engineering area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in pharma maintenance.
∎ Capability to provide training
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation, graphics design, internet surfing
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skill both in English and in Bengali
∎ Self-management including: ability to priorities own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines
∎ Maintain confidentiality in all area of work
Salary: Negotiable
