Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE / EEE/ CSE/ Telecom/ ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team and machines /tools distribution according to SOP for smooth production.
∎ Sound knowledge about RF machine /DC machine/Auto Screw machine / Shrinking or packing machine and related software.
∎ Moreover, advanced knowledge about air compressor, generator, HVAC system and electrical load etc. will give extra benefit.
∎ Preparing maintenance plan ( preventive, breakdown, schedule) and people management.
∎ Maintaining adequate stock of machinery/parts/tools etc. for smooth operation.
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly report to higher authority.
∎ Proactive attitude and maintain good relationship with other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SMT Experience.
∎ People management in factory production
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time.
