∎ BBA or MBA from any reputed university

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Logistic Service, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation & Control-
∎ Export:
∎ Booking requisition to Service provider (Vessel, Truck cross border India, Air Cargo).
∎ Receive shipping document from Sales and send to Customs broker / logistics PIC for issue export declaration.
∎ Record export shipment in share drive.
∎ Check shipping documents, Privilege Form, HS code and draft Export declaration and Good control list.
∎ Monitor & control for on time delivery to port / airport as agreed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse and transport company for loading export cargo.
∎ Monitor and control Billing from Service provider.
∎ Input Logistics expense to ACS system.
∎ Controlling Tax compensation.
∎ Import:
∎ Receive shipping document from Shipper and send to Customs broker / logistics PIC for issue import declaration.
∎ Check shipping documents, Privilege Form, HS code and draft Import declaration.
∎ Apply E-payment to Sales and contact Accounting department for processing E-payment to Customs.
∎ Monitor & control for on time delivery as agreed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse for unloading import cargo.
∎ Monitor and control Billing from Customs Broker.
∎ Controlling Privilege Utilization.
∎ Co-ordination:
∎ Coordinate with Shipper and Commercial team and related departments about import export shipment and concern issue.
∎ Coordinate with Service provider and Customs officer for customs clearance and consult any problems about customs.
∎ Coordinate with Customs broker and Customs officer for customs clearance and consult any problems about customs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience as a logistics position in Motorcycle / Manufacturing or Multi-national trading company would be an advantage.
∎ Able to set up new office or having experience in this field are preferable.
∎ Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
