Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expertise on document vetting. Communicate with govt. concerned office as per legal & logistic requirements. Provide service on registration, mutation, sale permission, power of attorney etc. according to sale closing. Have to provide legal & logistic support to close the sale. Follow-up properly Govt. concerned office regarding progressing work. Provide solution between buyer & sellers' requirements regarding the sale closing along with ensuring hassle-free service. Identify legal & logistic problem to close the sale. Collect required documents as per customer's demand from Govt. concerned office. Maintain liaison among buyer, seller & Govt. concerned office properly. Expertise on communication with customers regarding legal & logistic. Communicate with customer timely regarding up-to-date progressing work. Maintain report properly on progressing work in daily, weekly & monthly.
