Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will get priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the quality as per company's requirements and prepare inspection reports for submission within the designated timeline
∎ Styling check and confirm trims accessories are the same as buyer approved samples
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with the apparel department
∎ To assist the department head in day to day routine activities
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero defect culture in the factory
∎ Identify causes and take actionable steps to improve product quality
∎ Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and handle custom orders
∎ Have to go to factories outside Dhaka for inspection
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and Management
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent In English Speaking and Writing, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace packages
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Quality, Quality Control / Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Garments, Textile
∎ Experience in leather technology will get an extra advantage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication Skills
∎ Good team player
∎ Sound knowledge about AQL
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
