∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Multinational Companies, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies.
∎ Maintain proper inquiries for all purchase order & requisition.
∎ Submit weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly purchase reports.
∎ Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
∎ Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
∎ Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
∎ Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers.
∎ Ensures the proper processing of assigned customer orders.
∎ Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
∎ Coordinates the Sales and Dispatch officers when processing the orders.
∎ Submits final invoices to the Finance and Accounts Department
∎ Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements.
∎ Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Fulfill all other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
