Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure installation, maintenance & configuration of software, network & hardware
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve IT-related issues and minimize downtime in pharmaceutical operations
∎ Create and maintain documentation including system documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and incident reports to ensure compliance
∎ Maintain & troubleshoot active directory client-based computer system, internet, emailing system, printing, Etc.
∎ Manage and maintain IP camera system, PABX/IP-PABX intercom system, video conferencing system, biometric and face detected attendance & access control system
∎ Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures including servers, networks, and storage systems to support pharmaceutical operations
∎ Manage and configure servers, databases, and other critical IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
∎ Have experience on software solutions for pharmaceutical processes, such as laboratory information management systems (LIMS), QMS, DMS, TMS, etc.
∎ Participate in computer system validation (CSV) activities to ensure that IT systems and software comply with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR part 11) and GXP guidelines
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management
