Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Relevant experience from foreign country.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, delivering and returning of the damaged goods;
∎ Maintaining register for journals and stationery to record the receiving of the goods;
∎ Ensuring of adequate and authentic record keeping;
∎ Managing of all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintaining inventory control;
∎ Ensuring safe keeping of materials as to quality and quantity;
∎ Monitoring on maximum stock limit so that unnecessary purchase can be avoided;
∎ Reserving of a particular material for a specific job when so required;
∎ Summarizing of requisitioned items upon receipt of demand by the respective personnel/department and placing to the line supervisor
∎ Knowledge of software for maintenance of inventory.
∎ Providing of administrative and logistics support for organizing various activities.
∎ Other tasks as and when required by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality
