∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customs Bond, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication Skill with Overseas Agent, Local Shipping agent/ Forwarder/Consignee/C&F Agent.
∎ Communication Skill with Local Forwarder for Collection and Submission HBL for Co-Load LCL Shipment.
∎ Timely Prepare of the IGM and Submission in Asycuda World System.
∎ Re-Check Submitted IGM before write off at Asycuda World System for avoid any error.
∎ Monitoring with Carrier for Vessel arriving information and inform to consignee by sending Arrival Notice (A/N).
∎ Monitoring Cargo Container Discharging, Cargo Un-stuffing at CPA then update Un-stuffing Notice to Consignee/C&F agent
∎ Issuing D/O or NOC to C&F Agent.
∎ Solve Custom & Port Import/Export related problem.
∎ Amendment Import Manifest on Asycuda World System by Customs.
∎ Monitoring LCL Import shipment with respective Co-loader.
∎ Handle ICD/Off-dock bound import shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
