∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Import,purchase,Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Export/ Import through L/C, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Importer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Starting Day: Immediately
∎ Import Issues:
∎ L/C Documents: Preparing PI, Forwarding letter for L/C, L/C Application.
∎ Import Documents: Checking and preparing commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill, PI, L/C, Cover note, BTRC approval paper.
∎ Import data: preparing and analysis of import data and.
∎ Bank:
∎ L/C related task: L/C related task, Opening L/C, L/C update follow up, L/C documents endorsement, Tax pay order , L/C margin calculation.
∎ Bank follow up: Bank balances follow up, Loan balances follow up, Bill of entry submits, LTR, bank guarantee, and also Manager assigned task.
∎ Insurances Company:
∎ Cover note related task: Cover note opening, Cover note payment.
∎ Claim Follow up: Preparing Claim bill, Voucher follow up for claim Cheque.
∎ Customs:
∎ L/C update: L/C update in customs server follow up,
∎ Tax figure: follow up with CNF.
∎ Other task: liaison with customs people, meeting if require, investigation, survey.
∎ CNF:
∎ Follow up and liaison: for import issues follow up with CNF, checking and cross-checking import documents before submits customs, Goods cleanse coordination.
∎ Warehouse:
∎ Shipment follow up: Before goods delivery from customs inform warehouse and follow up further requirements.
∎ Manager task:
∎ Time to time assigned task.
∎ Managing all these works solely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be expert in negotiation
∎ Strong extra-curricular background will be given preference
∎ Strong demonstrable writing, researching and computer skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and solely and to prioritize competing commitments
∎ Creative and innovative, with a nose for a good story
