∎ MBA/Graduate in any discipline/ Certified by Fire Service & Civil Defense.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Overall purpose of the Role:
∎ Promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
∎ Should have knowledge on MTIs,LTIs,TRIFR.
∎ Responsible for controlling occupational health and safety risk.
∎ Helping the organisation to reduce the accidents across the country.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted; helping to plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that OCS is required to follow.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep records of inspections findings and producing reports suggesting improvements
∎ Assist in the identification of training requirements with regard to HSQE for operations and conduct HSQE training as required
∎ Provide health, safety and environmental advice on legal and other requirements as well as advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, manual handling, safeguarding machinery, working at height and occupational diseases
∎ Reviewing the organizational performance in monthly, quarterly review meeting
∎ Carry out accident and incident investigations on site in responsible countries; producing subsequent reports and recommendations in conjunction with management to facilitate corrective and preventative action

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001
∎ Special Requirements/Skills:
∎ Very good communication skill
∎ Good cooperation and has team spirit
