Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support in attendance, leave, and payroll management.
∎ Help coordinate training, employee engagement, and development activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Assist in performance evaluation and disciplinary processes.
∎ Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations.
∎ Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
∎ Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
∎ Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.
