Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) issues, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.

  • Execute and monitor disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

  • Serve as the dedicated Floor HR representative to facilitate effective communication between management and employees.

  • Ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and all internal factory regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave requests, and oversee HR documentation.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and conducting awareness sessions.

  • Support management in preparing for and facilitating all audits (e.g., social, compliance, buyer-specific).
