Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management from Reputed Public/ Private Universities
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will get advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Buying House, General HR, Recruitment & Selection, The applicant should have experience in Garments.

Job Context:
∎ This position is based in TRZ Garments Industry Ltd.
∎ The persons will be required to successfully carry out the HR operations related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and supervise appropriate Human Resource forecasting process.
∎ Select the right Talent (s) through proper Job evaluation, including assessment methods and selection procedure within targeted time.
∎ Executing HR operations related to Employee Life Cycle- Employee Joining, Employee Background Check, On-boarding, Performance Management and Employee Welfare.
∎ Maintain Employee database through HRIS, Provide ID card and complete new employee personal file.
∎ Build rapport with top Institute & universities of the country and play active role to make TRZ Group a Top Choice for Employment.
∎ Maintain & monitor Attendance management & Leave Management.
∎ Prepare & monitor Salary Administration & Compensation Benefit & incentive, Final settlement.
∎ Administrate overall disciplinary matters of the organization consider to Management jurisdiction, organizational policy and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Able to handle Administrative activities independently.
∎ Developing strong administrative system and breach all gaps to enhance productivity.
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual HR progress reports for the Senior Management meetings and for reporting.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House/Garments
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS word, Excel and Power point)
