Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a smiling, enthusiastic & productive front desk executive to handle visitors, receive phone calls, handle emails, computer operator (MS office suite) & assist office admin-related tasks.
∎ Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office Coordination, support functions, and provides secretarial support in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Welcoming visitors with providing necessary information according to their
∎ Attend visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, make and direct calls to staff members.
∎ Maintain attendance and leave register of non-management employees.
∎ To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Provide logistic support for meeting arrangements.
∎ Attend meetings and write minutes of the meetings for future records.
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and so on.
∎ Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
∎ Assist in administrative tasks as required of the company.
∎ Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different types of software base work.
∎ Assist the HR department by communicating with interview candidates over the phone and email (if required) to inform them of the interview schedule for interview preparation.
∎ Ensure sound & healthy working environment i.e. neat & tidy of premises, cleanliness across the office.
∎ Supervise administrative support staff.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
