Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guest by greetings
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right places.
∎ Maintenance of front office and handling PABX and other systems.
∎ Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
∎ Mail management including Courier, office document collection, dispatch letter
∎ Maintaining attendance register, movement register, visitor register, business cards etc.
∎ Providing employee attendance, late attendance, absence, tour related data to HR Dept.
∎ Ensuring use of office ID card for access to office building
∎ Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization.
∎ Any other works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Reception
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have computer literacy - MS Office, Internet application, Photocopy, Scanning, arranging Zoom Meeting.
∎ Having relevant front desk and secretariat course will be given preference
∎ Experience in the related field will get preference
∎ Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice,
∎ Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize work under pressure,
∎ Ability to store and record information accurately
