∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and receive patients and visitors at the front desk.
∎ Provide necessary information to patients and visitors as required.
∎ Maintain documents and reports of the front desk customer care.
∎ Be proactive in caring patients/visitors ensure utmost satisfaction
∎ Report to respective supervisor/ in-charge and assist in other tasks as required.
∎ Ensure application of internal controls.
∎ Maintain set duty roster according to the organizational policy.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with computer operating skill
∎ Interested to serve in shifting duties including Night Shift
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Experienced in receiving patients and guiding them accordingly
∎ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively.
