Job Context:

∎ Reports To: Consultant- Microbiology & Infection Control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To compile and analyze PCI data and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual PCI reports.
∎ To keep liaison with the various Committees of the hospital as required and keep records of the Meeting minutes (MOM) up to date and follow up.
∎ To assist in updating, formatting, and preparing PCI/ASP reports, Policies, Plans, Manuals, SOPs as per requirement of JCI (Joint Commission International) and other accreditation/certification obtained by the organization.
∎ To schedule and arrange PCI and other relevant training arranged by the department.
∎ To follow up with the listed post-procedure patients over phone to identify post discharge surgical site infections and reusable single use device related infections

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field
∎ Technical Competencies
∎ Excellent computer skills (including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SPSS and Statistical software)
∎ Fluent in English.
