Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HSE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
∎ Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
∎ Develop health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
∎ Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
∎ Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
∎ Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings.
∎ Ensure that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
∎ Maintain records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
∎ Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain policies and procedures.
∎ Perform incident investigations and assist in corrective actions as and when required.
∎ Train employees on EHS programs
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience as EHS Executive. Pharma Experience will get preference.
∎ Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
