Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Electrical
∎ Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Engineering University with a good academic background.
∎ Experience: 1-2 Years; Progressive experience in Pharma/Food HVAC-R industry.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Industry, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Work as Team member of HVAC-R & Cleanroom Business Unit for Pharmaceutical & Food Industry.
∎ Planning & executing the HVAC & Cleanroom Project/Equipment Sales.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully working with Head of business of the unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve customers by identifying & fully understanding their needs and support in-house technical team to ensure proper engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
∎ Liaise with Quotation Team & Design team for preparation of HVAC Layout, Bill of Quantity & Techno-Commercial Offer.
∎ Site visit & Attend Technical Meetings to understand Client requirement & propose TRITECH's product portfolio to meet Client's demand.
∎ Prepare Technical Datasheets, Project Timeline & Reports as per Client demand by working internally with technical team.
∎ Follow-up with Customers & provide Technical Clarification as required.
∎ Liaise with members of the Sales team and other technical experts.
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Be self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.
∎ Knowledge & Experience of HVAC-R, Pharmaceutical/Food Industry Clean Room & Machinery, Chiller, AHU, VRF etc.
∎ Be driven by a desire to satisfy customers and provide a high level of customer relations skills.
∎ Have a desire to continually learn new methods; adopt, accept and apply new technology from internal or external resources and continually strive to identify more efficient ways to perform existing processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth Understanding of Pharmaceutical/Food HVAC system, Pharma Cleanroom Classification, HVAC Zoning, Cold-room System etc.
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Time management skills to meet tight deadlines and complete projects on time.
∎ Software Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Be self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.
∎ Have a desire to continually learn new methods; adopt, accept and apply new technology from internal or external resources and continually strive to identify more efficient ways to perform existing processes.
∎ Personal Traits: Honest & polite, Patient, Self-Driven, Responsible, Punctual, Leader-like, technical enthusiast, self-learner, tolerant to different opinion.
Salary: Tk. 29000 - 30000 (Monthly)
