Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, implement & monitor all project activities.
∎ Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with different Government/ Semi-government/ Private entities required for obtaining new projects and executing ongoing works
∎ Lead the whole operation of projects implementation, supervision and execution.
∎ Formulate various action-plans for projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders
∎ Identify risks and recommend appropriate resolutions with execution plan
∎ Ensure project execution within defined budget and stipulated deadlines
∎ Conduct regular project status meetings with team and clients
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to project team as and when needed.
∎ Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders like Land owners, project adjacent neighbors, local authorities, etc.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, and manage to execute work according to the master schedule and provide feedback
∎ Regularly monitor Project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the quality of work & take initiative accordingly.
