∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Electrical BOQ, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Safety, Electromechanical, Plumbing BOQ, Plumbing Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise of all electrical and electro magnetically works of a project.
∎ Also monitor and supervise plumbing works of the project.
∎ Prepare Material Purchase Requisition for electrical and plumbing works from site.
∎ Prepare sub-contractor bills and check & verify all electrical and plumbing works related bills.
∎ Check electrical and plumbing material quantities as per BOQ and project budget.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain department for projects materials.
∎ Any other temporary work responsibilities from the department and project Manager of the site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
