Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily machinery breakdown report, identification of faults and take instant measures & report to supervisor.
∎ Develop effective plans and procedures to provide effective maintenance and utility related support to the required areas.
∎ Maintain all the equipment/machinery of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Identify and implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
∎ Prepare estimate and lay out for newly machine installation of the factory.
∎ Directly take part and supervise the maintenance works on PLC, VFD, HMI, weighing scale and others electrical and electronics appliances as well as electrical installation and its commissioning.
∎
∎ Apply maximum effort in practical maintenance work to make optimum and unhindered production.
∎ Find out troubleshooting and able to perform maintenance works of diesel generator, transformer, chiller, gas boiler, motor, air compressor etc.
∎ Has to develop of different types of electronic controller and control system and troubleshooting different types of electronic controller.
∎ PLC and HMI programming, installation, modification and troubleshooting.
∎ Any other jobs whenever required to meet up the emergency of the factory.
∎ Supervise the work of junior colleagues, provide periodic guidelines/instructions and evaluate their performance.
∎ All other job as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Control the work process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preferable 2-3 yeas' experience for B.Sc. Engineering or 5-6 years' experience for Diploma Engineering in any manufacturing large industries
