Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive (Electrical Design) having experience in Real Estate Industries.
∎ 05 - 06 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficiency with CAD software, such as Auto CAD, SketchUp.
∎ Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
∎ Determining the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for residential and commercial building project.
∎ Completing and submitting competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines.
∎ Determining the amount of labor required to complete each project.
∎ Inspecting and testing installed electrical systems to ensure their functionality and safety.
∎ Any other temporary work responsibilities from the department and project Manager of the site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
