Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree of any discipline /BBA from any Public or Private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation: Handling and assisting the operation teams with documentation (creating documents in the software, communicating the documents with the recipients etc.)
∎ Communication: Aligning operation with the customers.
∎ Booking and Operation: Managing, aligning, controlling and assessing (projection and outcome) Shipment's Bookings, authorizations, instructions and executions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ English: High proficiency at understanding (reading, listening) and writing. Moderate proficiency at speaking.
∎ Bangla: High proficiency at understanding (reading, listening), writing and speaking.
∎ Knowledge and skills (as an user) on below applications need to be as good as to be able to do the following,
∎ Microsoft excel: Creating reports (in tables) using basic functions (summation, Multiplication, subtraction, Division, Average, Percentage etc.).
∎ Microsoft word: Creating reports (typing speed: moderate) using shapes, icons, tables, photos, videos, diagrams (created at excel) etc.
∎ Microsoft Power-point: Creating presentations (typing speed: moderate) using shapes, icons, tables, photos, videos, diagrams (created at excel) etc.
∎ Office Outlook: Creating accounts in the outlook (with given/existing user name and password) and carrying out basic email-related activities.
