Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raise requisition to central depot and received product on time
∎ Ensure on time invoicing
∎ Prepare delivery schedule, van schedule and route plan in coordination with sales team
∎ Ensure delivery on time and organize collection schedule
∎ Monitoring cash & credit business
∎ Outstanding monitoring, market audit and discount parties business monitoring
∎ Maintain all accounts for depot & timely send account statement to Accounts department
∎ Stock assessment and give report to Marketing department for liquidation of short dated stock
∎ Maintain FIFO for store
∎ Take care of company assets in the depot
∎ Generate all types of reports for depot operation
∎ Maintain cash invoice
∎ Ensure cost effective depot operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have expertise in ERP Software Handling.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
