Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & carry out operations of the distribution, supervision vehicle loading that all products are delivery by FIFO maintained.
∎ Vehicle program making against product order.
∎ Depot order prepared against vehicle loading slip.
∎ All local & depot invoice checking & complete signature.
∎ Vehicle monitoring sheet, product traceability records daily checking.
∎ Distribution supervisor, forklift & forklift operator, vehicle loader monitoring.
∎ Update registers & documents in a timely manner.
∎ Have to coordinate to get required product from store.
∎ Get a better idea about all products.
∎ Set up vehicle by serially in loading point.
