Job Context:
∎ We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for required distribution, logistics, transportation and store management systems.
∎ Maintain ERP/computer packages to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming materials as per challan. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
∎ Managing of transport, Store Officer, drivers, helper, labors and Security Guard.
∎ Coordinate with Sales & Marketing department in terms of time & delivery of items.
∎ Liaison with Central Distribution, Sales and Accounts department effectively.
∎ Mitigate all inquiries, prepare proposals where necessary
∎ Assist to confirm distribution schedules and vehicle routes.
∎ Assist to develop modern warehouse and Inventory policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare Product wise daily and monthly statement and as and when required.
∎ Maintain FIFO system and avoid all types of damage product like rusted, broken & quality deteriorated.
∎ Ensure regular reporting on warehouse and Inventory to concerned authority.
∎ Maintain petty cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register and Vehicle Log Book.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications.
∎ Should have good communication skill in English - both written & verbal.
