Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably B.Sc in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Industrial Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet management expectations.
∎ Be accountable for overall Administration, Project Management, Constructions, Safety-Security & Maintenance of Factory.
∎ Responsible for liaison with local Authorities, Govt. Bodies & Law enforcement organizations.
∎ Share a trusting relationship with workforces and recruit, manage, develop factory staffs.
∎ Monitor all operations of factory and trigger corrective actions.
∎ Stay up to date with latest policies, management best practices and concepts.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets optimal results. Also develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity & standards, metrics & performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a head or top supervisory role within a factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and presentations.
∎ Outstanding time management skills.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate people.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ The ability to multitask.
