∎ B.Sc Engineering (Civil).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have 20 years practical experience in the relevant field
∎ Should be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill.
∎ Should have 20 years practical experience out of which at least 15 years in equivalent position in any reputed construction, Developer/Housing Company.
∎ Should be conversant of modern construction technology and structural design.
∎ Must have practical experience in planning, evaluation, monitoring, controlling and execution of construction and land development works.
∎ Knowledge in computer is essential.
Salary: Negotiable
