Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ 2. Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ 3. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
∎ 4. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ 5. Lead Generation, Lead Capturing, and Lead Nurturing.
∎ 6. Content Marketing
∎ 7. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
∎ 8. Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
∎ 9. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
∎ 10. Manage social media marketing campaigns
∎ 11. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
∎ 12. Manage SEO campaigns
∎ 13. Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
∎ 14. Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ 15. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
∎ 16. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
∎ • Males/Females both are encourage to apply.
∎ • Looking smart & energetic.
∎ • Possess good business development techniques and negotiation skills.
∎ • Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ • Strong communication skills (English & Bangla).
∎ • Proficient in common Microsoft software such World and Excel.
∎ • Possess corporate customer-handling techniques.
∎ • Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ • Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ • Present one-self in an appropriate manner i.e. dress code and personal hygiene.
∎ • Able to use appropriate choice of words and actions when dealing with both internal and external customers.
Salary: Tk. 20040 - 30040 (Monthly)
