∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer queries in different channels (Facebook, Live Chat, Email)
∎ Provide customer support through online communication
∎ Maintain all social media platforms
∎ Maintain customer relationships by providing information and proper guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Communicating with clients over the phone while necessary
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid and creative writing skills (Both in Bengali and English)
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
∎ Taking customer feedback.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
∎ Willing to work in any shifts (Roster Basis).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar position will get preferences.
∎ Good Typing Speed (30+ WPM in BN, EN)
∎ Excellent ability to manage multiple channels and prioritize them.
∎ Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
∎ Non-graduate candidates can apply which will consider based on experiences.
